居民社区信任内涵的质性探索

Qualitative Exploration of the Connotation of Community Trust

社区信任与居民生活息息相关,对于社区建设发展具有重要作用。本研究通过对社区居民进行访谈,基于扎根理论的一般流程,对居民社区信任的内涵与结构进行初步探索。结果发现:居民是社区信任主体,居民信任感知由居民的需求(居委会保障需求、邻里交往需求、物业服务需求和环境基础需求)出发,形成居民信任倾向(需求得到满足和满意认可)从而激发居民信任行为(配合工作和接触参与)。社区信任的客体有居委会、物业、邻里、基础环境。居民的信任感知、信任倾向和信任行为围绕着这些客体展开。在四个信任客体中,社区居委会最受居民的信任,而社区基础环境信任由其他三个信任客体共同建设。

Community trust is closely related to residents’life and plays an important role in community construction and development.Interviewing community residents,and the data were analyzed by using Nvivo 11.0 software,preliminarily explore the connotation and structure of community trust.The results showed that:(1)the resident community trust is the main body,the community trust perceived by residents’demand(neighborhood committee guarantee,neighbors contact,property management service and environmental),the formation of community trust tendency(requirements are met and recognition)and so stimulate residents community trust behavior(contact with work and participation).(2)The objects of community trust include neighborhood committee,property management,neighborhood and basic environment.The needs,trust tendency and trust behavior of residents are related to these objects.Among the four trust objects,the neighborhood committee accounts for the largest proportion,and the basic environment is constructed by the other three.
