摘要
冬眠动物在冬季不良环境条件下通过暂时减少体力活动、代谢率、体温和其他生理活动来获得生存优势,度过寒冷的冬天.冬眠可以让冬眠动物应对环境压力,比如缺少食物和水,是季节性适应的一个重要组成部分.冬眠动物冬眠期间机体所发生的巨大变化及其调控机制一直是科研工作者的研究热点.从mRNA、miRNA、lncRNA和DNA甲基化4个方面概述了冬眠动物冬眠适应性的分子调控机制研究进展.
Hibernating animals get survival advantage by temporarily reducing physical activity,metabolic rate,body temperature and other physiological activities under adverse environmental conditions in winter to spend the cold winter.Hibernation allows hibernating animals to cope with environmental stress,such as lack of food and water,which is an important part of seasonal adaptation.Hibernation animal hibernation period of the body changes and its regulatory mechanism has been a hot topic for researchers.This review summarizes the research progress of molecular regulation mechanism of hibernation adaptability of hibernating animals from four aspects:mRNA,miRNA,lncRNA and DNA methylation.
