摘要
农业数据作为现代农业生产的新兴要素,它通常由多个属性对其描述,对这些多维农业数据进行分析挖掘可有效促进农业资源的利用.将计算机可视化方法引入农业数据分析领域,针对单一可视化结果难以验证的弊端,提出构建多维农业数据交互式协同可视化系统,共同为数据分析服务.基于R语言构建了交互式协同可视化系统,将多种多维数据可视化方法集成在一个交互式平台上.最后,利用该系统对农作物种质资源多维数据进行可视化分析、验证.该交互式协同可视化系统为农业数据分析提供了新手段,可从不同角度理解数据之间的关系,提高了分析结果的可信度.
Agricultural data is an emerging element of modern agricultural production,and it is usually described by multiple attributes,it is easy to discover their relationship by analyzing and mining these data,so to promote effectively the utilization of agricultural resources.This paper introduces computer visualization methods into the agricultural data analysis field,and proposes to build a multi-dimensional agricultural data interactive collaborative visualization system to analyze data together,in order to solve the shortcomings that single visualization method result can’t be verified.The interactive collaborative visualization system is constructed based on R language,and integrate multiple multi-dimensional data visualization methods on an interactive platform.Finally,we use the system to analyze and verify crop germplasm resources multi-dimensional data.The interactive collaborative visualization system provides a new means for agricultural data analysis,so we can understand the relationship between data from different angles and improve the credibility of the analysis results.
