当前我国体育名城建设的契机、困境与优化路径研究

体育强国建设的基础在于打造一批具有国际知名度的著名体育城市.随着经济社会发展,近年来,我国对于体育运动的重视愈发凸显,出台了包括"健康中国2030"规划纲要、体育发展"十三五"规划在内的一系列政策规划;同时,各大城市对于弘扬运动文化、建设体育强市的投入也不断加强,这为我国体育名城建设创造了有利条件与契机.但是,诸如体育文化积淀不足、体育公共设施落后、体育名城建设同质化严重、"重形式、轻实质"情况普遍存在等困境,对我国诸多城市的体育名城建设计划产生阻力.为促进我国体育名城建设向前推进,各大城市应大力弘扬体育运动之风、改善体育公共设施设备、探索各具特色的体育名城规划、建设可持续性的体育产业链、遵循人本路径打造体育名城.

The foundation of building a strong sports country is to build a number of famous sports cities with international reputation.With the development of economy and society,in recent years,China has paid more and more attention to sports.A series of policy plans including"Healthy China 2030"plan and"Thirteenth Five-Year Plan"for sports development have been issued.At the same time,the investment of major cities in promoting sports culture and building a strong sports city has been continuously strengthened,which has created favorable conditions for the construction of sports cities in China.And opportunity.However,such dilemmas as insufficient accumulation of sports culture,backward sports public facilities,serious homogenization of Sports City construction,and the prevalent situation of"attaching importance to form but neglecting substance"have created resistance to the construction plan of Sports City in many cities in China.In order to promote the construction of sports cities in China,major cities should vigorously promote the wind of sports,improve sports public facilities and equipment,explore the planning of sports cities with different characteristics,build a sustainable sports industry chain,and follow the humanistic path to build sports cities.
