黔东南苗族武术保护现状及对策研究

摘要 运用文献资料、实地考察及访谈等研究方法,对黔东南苗族武术的项目保护、代表性传承人、传承内容、习练人群、器具及保护规划与措施方面进行调研,分析黔东南苗族武术保护中存在的问题.结果表明:黔东南苗族武术项目保护存在保护意识淡薄,相关法律法规不健全,缺少项目保护资金投入与专业人才,社会传承方式相对封闭等问题.提出树立正确的传统文化保护理念、健全民族传统体育文化保护法律法规、加大保护资金投入与专业人才培养及文化科技复合人才引进、拓宽新媒体平台建设和宣传途径等对策,推动黔东南苗族武术朝着良性循环的方向发展. This paper uses literature,field trips and interviews to carry out protection and protection planning and measures for project protection,representative inheritor protection,inheritance content protection,training of people,appliances and inheritance activities of Miɑo Wushu in southeast Guizhou.The status of protection is investigated to analyze the problems in the protection work.The results show that the protection of Miɑo nationality martial arts project in southeastern Guizhou has weak protection awareness,unsound relevant laws and regulations,lack of project protection capital investment and professional talents,and relatively closed social inheritance.Propose to establish a correct concept of traditional cultural protection,improve the laws and regulations on the protection of national traditional sports culture,increase the investment of protection funds and the cultivation of professional talents,introduce new cultural media talents,broaden the channels of new media platforms and publicity,and promote the Miɑo Wushu in Southeast Guizhou.Towards a virtuous circle.
