基于FAHP的安徽省文旅小镇培育与建设现状研究——以安庆市罗岭镇为例

Research on the culture and construction status of cultural tourism towns in Anhui province based on FAHP

乡村振兴战略是助推精准扶贫的重要力量,特色小镇是实现乡村振兴、产业兴旺的有效载体,与文化旅游产业高度契合.安徽省在特色小镇建设上属于后起之秀,迄今为止,省内的国家级特色小镇占比较少,在积极规划培育过程中仍然存在一些影响因素制约其发展.鉴于此,以安徽省安庆市戏曲小镇——罗岭镇为例,基于罗岭镇居民视角,构建居民对小镇建设的满意度评价指标体系,依据问卷调查的数据,运用模糊层次综合评价(FAHP)进行定量分析,探究其发展现状和影响机制,提出针对性建设对策,以期为新时代安徽省以及国家文旅特色小镇发展提供理论参考.

In view of the restrictive factors existing in the planning and cultivation of the characteristic towns of Anhui Province,taking Luoling town,an opera town in Anqing city,Anhui province as an example,based on the perspective of the residents of Luoling town,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of residents’satisfaction with the construction of small towns,carries on the quantitative analysis by using the fuzzy level comprehensive evaluation(FAHP),probes into its development present situation and influence mechanism,and puts forward the corresponding construction countermeasures.In order to provide theoretical reference for the development of Anhui province and national cultural and tourism characteristic towns in the new era.
