省域视角下保山市农业产业结构演进研究——基于DSSM模型

Provincial perspective of Baoshan city agricultural research evolution of industrial structure ——based on DSSM model

保山市是云南省高原特色农业重要发展基地,农业作为保山市的主导产业,其产业结构的合理演进影响着保山市社会经济的健康发展.应用DSSM模型,分析保山市农业产业结构演进状态及其部门竞争力,针对性提出保山市高原特色农业发展的对策思路.结果显示:(1)保山市农业产业发展态势良好,具有省域比较优势,但结构有待优化;(2)种植业省域比较优势明显;(3)畜牧业省域竞争力优势明显;(4)林业省域比较优势较弱;(5)渔业省域比较优势不明显.未来可从促进种植业提质增效、全面优化畜牧业结构、提高林业发展水平、提升渔业综合效益等4个方面促进保山市农业发展.

Baoshan city,yunnan plateau characteristic agriculture development important base,agriculture as the leading industry of baoshan city,its reasonable industrial structure evolution affects the healthy development of baoshan city social economy.Applying DSSM model,this paper analyzes the evolution status of agricultural industry structure and the competitiveness of departments,and puts forward the Countermeasures for the development of characteristic agriculture in the plateau.The results show that:(1)the development trend of agricultural industry in Baoshan City is good,and it has comparative advantage of province,but the structure needs to be optimized;(2)the comparative advantage of planting province is obvious;(3)the competitiveness of animal husbandry province is obvious;(4)forestry Province The regional comparative advantage is weak;(5)the comparative advantage of fishery province is not obvious.In the future,we can promote the agricultural development of Baoshan City from four aspects:improving the quality and efficiency of planting industry,optimizing the structure of animal husbandry in an all-round way,improving the level of forestry development,and improving the comprehensive efficiency of fishery.
