摘要
为了筛选出优异的耐盐棉花品种,对棉花种子进行不同盐浓度的处理,观察种子发芽力的情况.本试验设计了5个不同浓度梯度的盐溶液0(CK)、50 mmol/L、100 mmol/L、150 mmol/L、200 mmol/L,对不同棉花品种种子进行发芽实验,测定种子发芽势、发芽率,将发芽率、发芽势、盐害率等指标综合起来作为评价标准,进行棉花耐盐性筛选.结果显示:随着NaCl浓度的升高,这10个棉花品种种子的相对发芽势随之降低,相对盐害率随之增加,除个别棉花品种相对发芽率先上升后下降,其余都随之降低.根据耐盐性综合评价值,10个棉花品种种子耐盐性的强弱顺序为:早熟长绒>鲁棉28号>中棉24号>百棉1号>CMS1>鲁棉36号>中棉60号>SQ11-19>南丹巴地大花>苏棉12号.
In order to select the excellent salt tolerant cotton varieties and observe the germination of seed,10 varieties of seeds were deal with different salt concentration.In this experiment,5 salt solutions with different concentration gradients were designed.(0(CK),50 mmol/L,100 mmol/L,150 mmol/L,200 mmol/L).The germination potential,germination rate,salt damage rates and other indexes were synthesized as the evaluation standard,then screening the salt resistance of cotton varieties.The results showed that with the increase of NaCl concentration,the germination potential and germination rate decreased,and the relative salt damage rate improved.According to the comprehensive evaluation value of salt–tolerance,the salt-resistant of 10 varieties were showed as follows:zaoshuchangrong>lumian28>zhongmian1>baimian24>CMS1>lumian36>zhongmian60>SQ11-19>nandanbadidahua>sumian12.
