摘要
量子点敏化太阳能电池性能优异,应用潜力巨大.从实际应用的角度出发,对太阳能电池的组成部分透明导电玻璃,氧化物半导体光电极以及量子点光敏化剂分别进行了介绍;同时对原理也作了简要的讨论;另外阐述了量子点敏化太阳能电池的应用研究进展,对比了各自的优缺点;最后从量子点敏化太阳能电池存在的表面缺陷、电子的注入和收集效率较低、载流子复合速率和开路电压以及填充因子不高等问题出发,讨论了未来量子点敏化太阳能电池的研究思路.
Quantum dot sensitized solar cells(QDSSCs)have excellent performance and great application potential.From the perspective of practical application,transparent conductive glass,oxide semiconductor photoelectrode and quantum dot-sensitized agent are introduced respectively.The principle is also briefly discussed.In addition,the application and research progress of QDSSCs are described,and their advantages and disadvantages are compared.Finally,based on the surface defects of QDSSCs,low efficiency of electron injection and collection,carrier recombination rate,open circuit voltage and low filling factor,the research ideas of QDSSCs in the future are discussed.
