哈茨木霉细胞内油脂积累的初步研究

摘要 探究了pH对哈茨木霉摇瓶发酵培养产微生物油脂相关指标的影响,探究哈茨木霉是否为产油微生物.在接种量为1×10~8/100 mL个孢子,28℃,180 r/min的条件下培养144 h测哈茨木霉菌丝体细胞内油脂的积累,结果是调pH的生物量较高,为鲜菌重67.32 g/L,干菌重13.39 g/L;调pH的菌体含油量高于不调pH的菌体含油量,鲜菌体产油量为7.53 g/L,干菌体产油量为4.19 g/L;调pH可以提高菌体产油能力. This experiment explored the effect of pH on the related indicators of microbial oil produced by Trichoderma harzianum fermentation flask culture,and explored whether Trichoderma harzianum is an oil-producing microorganism.The inoculum was 1×10~8/100 mL spores,and the accumulation of oil in the mycelium of Trichoderma harzianum was cultured for 144 h at 28℃,180 r/min.The result was that the pH-adjusted biomass was higher,and the fresh bacteria weighed 67.32 g/L,dry bacteria weight 13.39 g/L;pH-adjusted bacteria oil content is higher than the pH-free bacteria body oil content,fresh oil oil yield wae 7.53 g/L,dry oil yield wae 4.19 g/L;pH-adjusting oil content is higher than non-adjusted pH.
