摘要
针对过敏性疾病的影响因素问题,根据过敏原检验结果的数据,结合时间、季节、性别和年龄4个影响因素,运用模糊C均值聚类、多元统计分析、贴近度计算、皮尔逊相关系数计算方法,构建了过敏性疾病分类模型、过敏原检测结果差异性模型及相关性判定模型,运用MATLAB软件进行求解,得到4个影响因素对过敏性疾病的影响、不同类型病人过敏原检测结果的差异、环境指标PM2.5对过敏原检测结果具有强相关性等结论,并给出相关结论和建议.
Aiming at the influence factors of allergic disease problems,the fuzzy C-means clustering,degree calculation,Pearson correlation coefficient calculation,the cluster analysis model is established,respectively,correlation degree analysis model to judge model,to find the solution by using MATLAB software,the influence factors of allergic disease,the difference between different types of patients allergen test results,the allergen test results and the correlation of environmental indicators conclusions,given to protect the environment and reduce incidence of allergic disease.
