当代青年奋斗精神的现状与引导——兼论习近平关于青年奋斗的重要论述

新时代是奋斗者的时代。青年作为社会中具有强大内生动力的群体,其拼搏奋斗精神是社会精神面貌的良好展现,是青年自我本质力量的积极外显,也是国家和社会发展的重要力量。青年奋斗精神作为青年奋斗实践的动力源,对于激发青年乐观向上的态度和持续奋斗的精神状态起着重要作用。当代青年的奋斗精神呈现出理性态度与感性需要并存、积极的奋斗力量和消极的奋斗状态共在、奋斗精神的目标割裂个人与社会的关系、奋斗精神的理想建构与现实行动脱节的状态。需要用习近平总书记关于青年奋斗的重要论述引导青年在理想信念的引领下启迪对奋斗精神的正确认知、在全面看待社会现实中展现奋斗精神的良好状态、在个人理想与国家需要中构建奋斗精神的目标指向、在持续完善进步中彰显奋斗精神的实践价值。

The new era is the age of the striver.As a group with a strong endogenous motivation in society,the arduous work of the young is a great demonstration of the social spirit,a positive manifestation of the inherent strength of the young,and an essential force for the development of the state and society.The spirit of youth arduous work,as a source of strength for the practice of youth struggle,plays an influential role in stimulating young people to maintain an optimistic and upwardly correct attitude and a spirit of continuous struggle during the course of the struggle.However,since the nature,content,and level of human subjective spirit are affected and restricted by external social relations,the striving spirit of youth shows the coexistence of rational attitude and perceptual need,the coexistence of positive striving force and negative striving state,the separation of personal and social connection with the goal of striving spirit,and the disconnection between ideal construction and practical action of striving spirit.It is necessary to use President Xi Jinping’s concept of arduous work to guide young people to enlighten the correct perception of the spirit of struggle under the guidance of ideals and beliefs,to show a good state of the spirit of struggle in a comprehensive view of social reality,to build the correct goal of the spirit of struggle in the combination of individual and society,and to manifest the effective practical behavior of the spirit of struggle in continuous improvement and progress.
