The History,the Experience,and the Implications of Organizational Discipline Construction Conducted by the Communist Party of China during the Past One Hundred Years

组织纪律建设是党的建设的重要方面。中国共产党组织纪律建设经历了四个阶段:(1)新民主主义革命时期的初步探索;(2)社会主义革命和建设时期的曲折发展;(3)改革开放时期逐步完善;(4)新时代全面加强。百年组织纪律建设史贯穿党的建设的始终,是研究中共党史的切入点,其留下的宝贵经验主要有:坚持马克思主义科学理论指导是组织纪律建设的内生动力;加强组织管理工作和教育是组织纪律建设的重要途径;强化监督检查的保障实施是组织纪律建设的清正之本。

Organizational discipline construction is an important aspect in the construction of the party.The organizational discipline construction of the Communist Party of China(the C.P.C.)has been conducted through four stages such as early explorations during the period of the New Democratic Revolution,tortuous development during the period of the Socialist Revolution and Construction,gradual improvement during the conduction of Reform and Opening-up policy,and overall advancement in the new era of the Socialism with Chinese Characteristics.The history of organizational discipline construction during the past one hundred years has been running throughout the construction of the C.P.C.,which can be taken as the starting point to study the history of the C.P.C.When conducting organizational discipline construction,we have accumulated the following precious experience,including,taking Marxism as scientific theoretical guidance is endogenous driving force,strengthening organizational management and education is important approach,strengthening supervision is the key and foundation.
