In recent years,people pay more and more attention to food safety issues.Based on the food production process is concerned,there are many links involved and a greater possibility of safety risks.Relevant personnel are necessary to have an in-depth understanding of food quality and safety problems,and put forward targeted management countermeasures to ensure food safety and maintain people’s lives and health.Based on the current situation of food quality and safety,this paper analyzes the existence of food safety problems,discusses the causes of food safety problems,and expounds the countermeasures of food production quality management,hoping to provide favorable reference for relevant personnel.
