摘要
采用真空干燥法干燥海东胡萝卜,以硒含量为评价指标,进行单因素试验和正交试验,得出最佳干燥工艺条件。结果表明,真空度为0.07 MPa、干燥时间6 h、干燥温度65℃条件下硒的含量高,因此真空干燥法干制后的胡萝卜硒含量较高,具有良好的应用前景。
In this paper,using the vacuum drying method,taking the selenium content as the evaluation index,single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments were adopted to investigate the optimum extraction technology.The results indicated that he best conditions were:the vacuum degree was 0.07 MPa,drying time was 7 h and drying temperature was 70℃.Therefore,the vacuum drying method has high selenium content and has good application prospect.
