新小麦入库后均衡粮温通风对水分、温度的影响

摘要 刚收获入库的小麦水分含量不均,且入库多在夏季,仓温粮温较高,在储存过程中容易因高温、高水分产生发热等粮情。为确保储存安全,目前粮库会采用机械通风的方式先均衡粮温,并在冬季低温时通风蓄冷,以达到安全储藏的目的。通过监测机械通风进行均衡粮温期间仓内水分、温度变化情况,且找出最佳通风时间,以期减少小麦储藏过程中的损耗,降低成本。 The moisture content of the wheat that has just been harvested and put into the warehouse is uneven,and it is mostly put into the warehouse in summer.The temperature of the warehouse temperature is relatively high.During the storage process,it is easy to generate heat due to high temperature and high moisture.In order to ensure storage safety,the current grain depot will use mechanical ventilation to first balance the grain temperature,and ventilate and store cold during low temperatures in winter to achieve the purpose of safe storage.Monitor mechanical ventilation to balance the moisture and temperature changes in the grain during the grain temperature period,and find the best ventilation time,in order to reduce the loss during the wheat storage process and reduce the cost.
