摘要
目的:寻求一种快速、简便、准确的测定葡萄酒中苋菜红、胭脂红的检测方法。方法:采用高效液相法直接进样测定,标准加入法进行定量分析。结果:线性关系良好,苋菜红和胭脂红的相关系数分别为0.9990和0.9992,最低检出限分别为0.024 mg·L^(-1)和0.087 mg·L^(-1),加标回收率分别为95%和102%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为5.86%和6.84%。结论:本方法优化了国标法中对酒中色素测定的操作步骤,使实验更快速、简便、准确,适用于酒类液体样品中色素的测定。
Objective:To find a rapid,simple and accurate method for the determination of amaranth and carmine in wine.Methods:High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used for direct injection and standard addition method was used for quantitative analysis.Results:The linear relationship was good.,the correlation coefficients of amaranth and carmine were 0.9990 and 0.9992,respectively,the detection limits were 0.024 mg·L^(-1)and 0.087 mg·L^(-1),the recoveries were 95%and 102%,the relative standard deviations(RSD)were 5.86%and 6.84%.Conclusion:This method optimizes the operation steps of the national standard method for the determination of pigment in wine,makes the experiment more rapid,simple and accurate,and is suitable for the determination of pigment in wine liquid samples.
