摘要 建立一种同时测定蛋制品中苏丹红Ⅰ~Ⅳ号4种染料含量的高效液相色谱法。染料苏丹红Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ在0.1~5.0μg·mL^(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r^(2))≥0.99992,回收率为89.1%~100.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.88%~1.4%,方法检出限为10μg·kg^(-1),定量限为30μg·kg^(-1)。该方法操作简单、结果准确、样品分离效果好,可适用于蛋制品中4种苏丹红染料含量的测定。 A high performance liquid chromatography method was established to simultaneously determine the content of Sudan redⅠ~Ⅳdyes in egg products.The dye SudanⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅣhave a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.1~5.0μg·mL^(-1),the correlation coefficient(r^(2))is≥0.99992,the recovery rate is 89.1%~100.5%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)is 0.88%~1.4%,the detection limit of the method is 10μg·kg^(-1),and the limit of quantification is 30μg·kg^(-1).The method is simple in operation,accurate in results,and good in sample separation.It can be applied to the determination of four Sudan dyes in egg products.
