摘要
目的:进行分光光度法测定不同食品基质中氰化物的方法验证。方法:参照GB 5009.36—2016分光光度法测试木薯粉和高粱酒的氰化物含量。标准曲线范围分别为0~5μg和0~2μg,加标计算回收率。结果:方法线性关系较好。测试木薯粉和高粱酒的氰化物含量,精密度均不大于10%。木薯粉加标回收率最低为80.3%,最高达93.2%;高粱酒加标最低回收率为90.0%,最高回收率达96.4%。结论:分光光度法可用于实验室检测粮食类食品和蒸馏酒及其配制酒,均达到检测的质量控制要求。
Purpose:Verified the method of determining cyanide in different food substrates by spectrophotometry.Method:Refer to GB 5009.36—2016 spectrophotometric method to test the cyanide content of cassava flour and sorghum wine.The standard curve was rang 0~5μg in cassava powder determination and 0~2μg in sorghum wine determination,the standard solution was added to calculate the recovery rate.Result:The linear relationship of spectrophotometry meet the requirements.The cyanide content of cassava powder and sorghum wine was determined,and the precision is not more than 10%.The minimum recovery rate was 80.3%and the highest was 93.2%in cassava flour determination;the minimum recovery rate was 90.0%and the maximum recovery rate was 96.4%in sorghum wine determination.Conclusion:Spectrophotometry can be used to detect cyanide in grain food,distilled wine and its prepared wine in the laboratory.All the determination quality control were meet the requirements.
