咸鸭蛋腌制废料液的绿色高效联合膜分离循环利用 被引量:2

Separation and Recycling of the Preserved Effluent Brine of Salted Duck Eggs Using Joint Membrane System

摘要 为促进腌制咸鸭蛋产生的废盐水的循环利用,研究设计了MF-UF联合膜分离循环系统来处理废盐水。优化膜技术处理腌制废盐水的最佳条件如下:自然沉降40 min, 0.45μm混合纤维素(CN-CA)微滤膜与30 kDa的超滤膜联合处理100 min,澄清处理后盐水透光度达94.54%,蛋白质脱除率达96.68%;Fenton氧化法降低化学需氧量(COD)最适条件为p H为3~4, Fe2+、H2O2与COD投加量比为4︰6︰15,氧化处理后盐水COD由10 670 mg/L降到1 583 mg/L,脱除率达85.16%;三种脱钙剂(ABC)中B处理效果最好,脱钙率为85.65%、脱镁率为83.77%。联合处理后咸鸭蛋腌制废盐水的沉淀与悬浮物和蛋白质被完全脱除,总糖、Ca2+、Mg2+和COD含量分别下降了91.49%, 85.65%, 83.77%和85.16%。处理后盐水腌制的咸鸭蛋蛋黄指数和出油率分别为95.48%和85.71%,蛋白细腻洁白,盐度适中,蛋黄松沙出油。 The objective of this study was to establish MF-UF joint membrane separation system for recycling effluent brine during pickling salted duck eggs. The optimal conditions for the clarification treatment by membrane technology were as follows: sedimentation of 40 min, cellulose(CN-CA) microfiltration membrane(0.45 μm) combined with ultrafiltration membrane(30 kDa) of 100 min. The obtained brine clarification rate was 94.54%. The protein removal rate was 96.68%. The optimal conditions for the reduction of COD by Fenton oxidation were as follows: pH of 3-4, the input ratio of 4︰6︰15(Fe2+, H2O2 and COD). The COD of effluent brine after oxidation treatment was reduced from 10 670 mg/L to 1 583 mg/L. Its removal rate reached to 85.16%. Of three kinds of decalcifying agents(ABC), B had the best effect with the calcium and magnesium removal rate of 85.65 and 83.77%. After combined treatments, the precipitation, suspended matter and protein of effluent brine were completely removed, and the total sugar, calcium, magnesium and COD decreased by 91.49%, 85.65%, 83.77% and 85.16%. Finally, the yolk index and oil yield of the salted duck eggs preserved in the treated brine were 95.48% and 85.71%. The qualities of yolk and white were qualified.
