我国市售婴幼儿谷类辅助食品现状调查——聚焦营养成分 被引量:2

Study on the Distribution of Nutrients Content in Complementary Food for Infant and Young Children——Focusing on Nutrients

摘要 通过商超、母婴店收集符合标准GB 10769—2010和GB 13432—2013要求的婴幼儿谷类辅助食品,了解中国婴幼儿谷类辅助食品中基本营养成分的含量分布情况,可选择营养成分的使用情况及分布,为今后相关国家标准修订提供参考依据。调查共收集到包括国内外55个企业66个品牌共247例婴幼儿谷类辅助食品样品。结果表明,基本营养成分中脂肪、铁、锌的含量多聚集在标准限量值的下限处,其他营养素分布相对均匀,个别无上限值的营养成分标示值较高,值得引起关注。可选择营养成分中使用频次较高的是维生素B2和烟酸,维生素B6的使用频次较少。铁和锌含量普遍偏低,建议标准修订时计算实际摄入量以确定最适宜含量;对于标准中没有规定上限值的营养成分,应搜集更多科学证据,并综合考虑是否有必要制定上限值。 Infant cereal complementary foods that meet the requirements of GB 10769—2010 and GB 13432—2013 are collected through supermarkets and maternal and infant shops to know the distribution of nutrients content in complementary food for infant and young children, the distribution of essential nutrients content and usage amount of optional ingredients, and to provide evidence to the revision of relevant standards. A total 247 complementary foods from 55 domestic and foreign enterprises and 66 brands were collected. The results showed that in some essential nutrients, fat, iron and zinc were in low distribution;Vitamin B1 in individual products was high. In optional ingredients, vitamin B2 and niacin were the most added ingredients, while vitamin B6 was in lower usage frequency. Iron and zinc contents were low, and it was recommended to consider increasing the limit level. For some nutrients without maximum requirements, more scientific evidence should be collected and the maximum compositional requirements on nutrients should be considered in national food safety standard revision.
