摘要
对恒天然全脂乳粉营养素成分含量进行研究,分析蛋白质、脂肪、乳糖、维生素、矿物质及其他功能性营养素的含量及波动情况。结果显示,不同批次恒天然全脂乳粉营养素含量波动相对稳定,其中泛酸、硒、1, 3-二油酸-2-棕榈酸甘油三酯(OPO)、二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)、花生四烯酸(ARA)、牛磺酸相对标准偏差大于15%,波动较大。
The paper mainly made a research on nutrient content of Fonterra whole milk powder, analyzing the content and fluctuation of protein, fat, lactose, vitamins, minerals and other functional nutrients in any three batches. The findings show that it is relatively stable for different batches of Fonterra whole milk powder, of which the relative standard deviation of pantothenic acid, Se, OPO, DHA, ARA, taurine are more than 15%, and the nutrient composition fluctuates greatly.
