海带中类胡萝卜素提取工艺条件 被引量:3

Extraction Process of Carotenoids from Kelp

摘要 类胡萝卜素是人体内维生素A的主要来源之一,具有抗氧化、免疫调节、抗癌、延缓衰老等功效。类胡萝卜素来源广泛,普遍存在于动物、高等植物、真菌、藻类。海带中富含类胡萝卜素。为提取海带中的类胡萝卜素,以有机溶剂法优化类胡萝卜素提取条件,通过分光光度计测定类胡萝卜素的提取量,研究不同提取条件对类胡萝卜素提取量的影响。结果表明,提取溶剂采用石油醚-丙酮(1︰1,V/V)、温度50℃、时间50 min、料液比1︰20(g/m L)、提取2次条件下,类胡萝卜素提取量可达0.427 mg/g,而超声辅助提取和添加抗坏血酸提取,两者均可增加类胡萝卜素提取量,提取量分别可达0.476 mg/g和0.493 mg/g。试验为有机溶剂法提取海带中类胡萝卜素提供技术基础,并为海带中类胡萝卜素功能研究开发提供参考。 Carotenoids are one of the most important sources of vitamin A in bodies.Meanwhile,carotenoids also have antioxidant,immune regulation,anti-cancer,anti-aging and other effects and are widely derived from animals,higher plants,fungi and algae.Kelp is rich in carotenoids.In order to extract carotenoids from kelp,the extraction condition of carotenoids was optimized by organic solvent method.The extraction amount of carotenoids was determined by spectrophotometer,and the effects of different extraction condition on the extraction amount of carotenoids were investigated.The optimum extraction condition of carotenoids from kelp was as following:petroleum ether-acetone(1︰1,V/V)as extraction solvent,extraction temperature 50℃,extraction time 50 min,solid-liquid ratio of 1︰20(g/mL),and leaching twice.Under the optimal condition,the extraction amount of carotenoids can reach 0.427 mg/g.While both ultrasonic assisted extraction and adding ascorbic acid extraction could increase the extraction amount of carotenoids,which could reach 0.476 mg/g and 0.493 mg/g,respectively.The technical basis for extracting carotenoids from kelp by organic solvent method was provided,and a reference for the functional research and development of carotenoids in kelp was offered.
