微波消解-ICP-MS测定桐乡杭白菊中硒含量 被引量:2

Determination of Selenium in Chrysanthemum from Tongxiang by Microwave Digestion-ICP-MS

摘要 以硝酸和双氧水(硝酸和双氧水体积比5︰1)对样品进行微波硝解,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定桐乡杭白菊中硒的含量,为当地杭白菊的综合开发和进一步推广提供科学依据和数据支撑。结果表明:桐乡杭白菊中硒元素含量在0.0407~0.1540 mg/kg之间。相对标准偏差均小于4%,方法检出限为0.01 mg/kg,在0.0500,0.1000和0.2000 mg/kg 3个梯度分别对样品做加标试验,加标回收率在93.56%~106.18%之间。该方法操作简单,测定结果令人满意。 The samples were digested by microwave digestion with nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide(the volume ratio of nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide was 5∶1),and the contents of selenium in Tongxiang chrysanthemum were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)method.It provided scientific basis and data support for the comprehensive development and further promotion of chrysanthemum.The results showed that the contents of selenium in Tongxiang chrysanthemum were between 0.0407 and 0.1540 mg/kg.The relative standard deviations were less than 4%,the method detection limits were 0.01 mg/kg,and the recoveries of the samples ranged from 93.56%to 106.18%with three added concentrations of 0.0500,0.1000 and 0.2000 mg/kg,respectively.The method was simple and satisfactory.
