摘要
非完全消化法处理葵花籽样品,即用浓HNO3-H2O2在100℃处理葵花籽样品至溶液呈无色透明或略带黄色,自动进样器注入石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪中,测定样品中的铅,在0~80μg/L之间方法线性关系良好,相关系数R2=0.9995,RSD在1.75%~4.21%之间(n=7);当加标量为0.1~1 mg/kg时,回收率在90.0%~98.6%之间;当称样量为0.5 g,样品定容体积为10 mL时,方法的检出限为2.2μg/kg。此方法消化方法简单,快速,回收率、准确度高,结果准确可靠。
A transparent pale yellow digestion solution was obtained firstly using a non-complete digestion method with concentrated nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide at temperatures 100℃to sunflower seeds sample,graphite furnace atomic spectrometry determination of lead with automatic sampler.The results showed that the linear relationship between 0 and 80μg/L was good,correlation coefficient R^2 was 0.9995,and RSD was 1.75%-4.21%(n=7).When scaling at 0.1 to 1 mg/kg,the recovery rate was 90.0%-98.6%.When the sample quantity was 0.5 g and the sample volume was 10 mL,the detection limit of the method was 2.2μg/kg.This method could measure the content of lead in sunflower seeds samples quickly and easily.
