分光光度法测定不同种类禽蛋中铁元素含量 被引量:1

Determination of the Iron in Different Kinds of Poultry Eggs by Spectrophotometry

摘要 为了测定不同种类禽蛋中铁元素的含量,试验采用邻菲罗啉分光光度法,测定了人们常食用的八种禽蛋中铁元素的含量。结果表明,铁在0.04~2.05 mg/L质量浓度范围内呈现较好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9989,检出限为0.02 mg/L,相对标准偏差在0.27%~2.85%(N=7)之间,加标回收率在93.07%~104.82%之间。八种禽蛋中铁元素含量由高到低顺序依次为:鸽蛋、鸭蛋、鹅蛋、鹌鹑蛋、咸鸭蛋、松花蛋、土鸡蛋、普通鸡蛋。用该方法测定禽蛋中铁元素含量快速简便,准确性好,精确度高,其测定结果为指导人们合理食用禽蛋补铁以及进一步开发禽蛋等产品提供了科学理论依据。 In order to determine the content of iron in different kinds of eggs,with o-phenanthroline as color reagent,the content of iron in eight kinds of poultry eggs was determined by 1,10-Phenanthroline monohydrate spectrophotometry.The results showed that the concentration of iron in the range of 0.04-2.05 mg/L presents a good linear relationship,and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9989,with detection limit of 0.02 mg/L.The relative standard deviation was between 0.27%and 2.85%(N=7),and the recovery of the samples was between 93.07%and 104.82%.The order of iron content in several kinds of eggs was pigeon eggs,duck eggs,goose eggs,quail eggs,salted duck eggs,pine eggs,earth eggs and ordinary eggs.The method was simple,fast and accuracy.It provided a scientific theoretical basis for rational consumption and further development and utilization of poultry eggs.
