发展应用型本科教育、培养高层次技术技能人才,既是我国加快高等教育大众进程的重要举措,更是我国优化产业结构、促进产品升级、推动经济高质量发展的必然要求。新工科建设是促进我国从工程教育大国向工程教育强国迈进的重要抓手,地方应用型本科高校食品专业在新工科人才培养上,一要依据应用型人才培养标准建设优秀师资团队,二要构建符合应用型人才培养特点的效果评价及反馈体系,三要融入现代教育方式方法,四要建立应用型人才共育平台和基地,五要推动应用型人才培养与地方经济社会融合发展。实施新工科理念下食品类应用型人才培养模式改革,关键是要做到校政企融合互动。
