新工科理念下食品类应用型人才培养模式的改革与实践 被引量:23

摘要 发展应用型本科教育、培养高层次技术技能人才,既是我国加快高等教育大众进程的重要举措,更是我国优化产业结构、促进产品升级、推动经济高质量发展的必然要求。新工科建设是促进我国从工程教育大国向工程教育强国迈进的重要抓手,地方应用型本科高校食品专业在新工科人才培养上,一要依据应用型人才培养标准建设优秀师资团队,二要构建符合应用型人才培养特点的效果评价及反馈体系,三要融入现代教育方式方法,四要建立应用型人才共育平台和基地,五要推动应用型人才培养与地方经济社会融合发展。实施新工科理念下食品类应用型人才培养模式改革,关键是要做到校政企融合互动。 Developing applied undergraduate education and cultivating high-level technical and technical personnel are not only important measures for accelerating the process of higher education in China,but also an inevitable requirement for China to optimize its industrial structure,promote product upgrading,and promote high-quality economic development.The construction of new engineering is an important starting point for promoting China’s development from a large engineering education country to a strong engineering education country.The local applied undergraduate college food specialty should be based on the application-oriented talent training standard to build an excellent faculty team.The effect evaluation and feedback system that conforms to the characteristics of applied talent training,the third should be integrated into the modern education method,the fourth is to establish a platform and base for application-oriented talents,and the fifth is to promote the development of applied talents and local economic and social integration.The key to the reform of the food application talent training model under the new engineering concept is to achieve the integration of school and government.
