铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)属于假单胞菌属,是一种致病性较低但抗药力强的菌,主要存在于水中。由于传统的检测方法检验周期长、程序复杂,试验通过应用一种显色培养基,通过特异性测试、灵敏度测试、国家标准方法比较等方法初步评价,发现应用的显色培养基检验效果与国家标准方法相当,而且缩短了检验周期,有较好的应用价值。
