水蒸气蒸馏法提取澳洲坚果叶精油工艺 被引量:10

摘要 研究采用水蒸气蒸馏法对澳洲坚果叶精油进行提取,以精油提取率为指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验,最终得出水蒸气蒸馏法提取澳洲坚果叶精油的最佳工艺条件为:料液比1︰5(g/mL)、NaCl质量浓度2.5 g/100 mL、蒸馏时间3 h。且各因素对精油提取率的影响程度大小排序为:料液比>蒸馏时间>NaCl质量浓度。 The extraction of essential oil from Macadamia internifolia leaves by hydrodistillation was studied.With the indicators of extraction rate of essential oil,the optimum extraction technology were optimized by single factor test and orthogonal test.Finally,the optimum extracting conditions of essential oil from Macadamia internifolia leaves by hydrodistillation were obtained as follows:the ratio of material to liquid was 1︰5(g/mL),NaCl mass fraction was 2.5 g/100 mL and distillation time was 3 h.In addition,the order of influencing factors on the extraction rate of essential oil was as follows:the ratio of material to liquid was a key factor of extraction technology of essential oil from Macadamia internifolia leaves,followed by distillation time and Na Cl mass fraction.
