有氧运动与HIIT时间配比对女大学生减脂效果的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探究在有氧与HIIT结合的情况下,不同时间配比对减脂效果的影响,从而找到更科学的减脂方法。研究方法:对北京体育大学BMI大于25的女大学生进行受试者招募,将筛选出的18名受试者随机分为2组,在运动总时长相同的前提下,一组为有氧运动加4组无氧,另一组为有氧运动加6组无氧。实验前后测试受试者的体重、体脂率、最大摄氧量。研究结果:实验前后两组受试者的体重、体脂率在组间与组内均没有显著性差异(P〈0.05),心率实验前后组内有显著差异(P<0.05),基础代谢率实验前后组内有显著性差异(P〈0.05),力竭时间组间有显著性差异(P〈0.05),组内差异非常显著(P〈0.01)。研究结论:本实验为期6周的、有氧与HIIT结合的两种运动干预方式在减脂效果上差异并不显著,有氧与HIIT结合的最佳时间配比仍有待于研究。但有氧运动与HIIT结合的运动方式可以有效改善心肺耐力,且HIIT时间越长对心肺耐力的提高越有效。 Objective:To explore the effect of different time ratios on the fat-reducing effect in the case of a combination of aerobic and HIIT,in order to find a more scientific method of reducing fat.Research method:Recruiting the female college students with BMI greater than 25 in Beijing Sport University,the 18 subjects selected were randomly divided into 2 groups.Under the premise of the same total duration of exercise,one group was aerobic exercise with 4 groups of HIIT,and the other group was aerobic exercise with 6 groups of HIIT.Subjects were tested for body weight,body fat percentage,and maximum oxygen uptake before and after the experiment.Results:There were no significant differences in body weight and body fat percentage between the two groups before and after the experiment(P<0.05).There were significant differences between the groups before and after the experiment in heart rate(P<0.05)and basal metabolic rate(P<0.05).There were significant differences between the groups in exhaustive time(P<0.05),and very significant differences within the group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The 6-week,aerobic and HIIT combined exercise interventions have no significant difference in fat-reducing effect.The optimal time ratio of aerobic to HIIT remains to be studied.However,the combination of aerobic exercise and HIIT can effectively improve cardiorespiratory endurance,and the longer the HIIT time,the more effective the improvement of cardiorespiratory endurance.
