摘要
我公司高温风机原采用液力耦合器调速,存在调速范围有限,调速精底低,启动电流大等问题,对此,我公司进行了高温风机高压变频调速系统技术改造,改造后平均节电20%以上,取得了显著的经济效益。
Our company’s high-temperature fan originally used fluid coupling for speed regulation,but there were problems such as limited speed regulation,low speed regulation,and large starting current.For this,our company carried out technical transformation of high-temperature fan high-pressure frequency conversion speed regulation system.After the transformation,the average power saving is more than 20%,and significant economic benefits have been achieved.
