摘要
目的探讨碳离子注入硅橡胶的表面性能及其稳定性。方法使用高能离子注入机在硅橡胶表面注入不同剂量碳,密闭静置6个月后,采用接触角测量、扫描电镜、原子力显微镜、X射线光电子能谱、X射线衍射以及傅里叶红外光谱检测其表征。通过人真皮成纤维细胞在其上的黏附与增殖情况来评价细胞相容性。结果相较于普通硅橡胶,注入组表面粗糙程度明显增加,且亲水性提高;表面及本体化学性质无明显变化;与成纤维细胞的亲和力提升。结合以往注入后即刻测试结果进行比较,发现以上表面性能在放置前后基本未受影响。结论将碳注入改性硅橡胶后,其表面性能提高,且相对稳定。
Objective Carbon ions were implanted onto the surface of silicone rubber(SR)for surface modification to obtain carbon ion implanted silicone rubber(C-SR).Surface properties,cytocompatibility and stability were evaluated after the samples were stored in a well-closed glass container for months.Methods SR was modified by an ion implanter.After being sealed for 6 months,surface properties of the samples were analyzed by contact angle goniometry,scanning electron microscopy,atomic force microscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The cytocompatibility was evaluated by the adhesion and proliferation of human dermal fibroblasts on the surfaces.Results After carbon ion implantation,the surface roughness of C-SR was higher at the nanoscale.The hydrophilicity and the cell affinity with fibroblasts of C-SR were improved while its chemical properties remained the same.Moreover,compared with previous immediate test results after modification,the above surface properties were basically unaffected with the half-year storage.Conclusion After surface modification by carbon ion implantation,the surface properties of SR were greatly improved and relatively stable.
