高密度脂肪结合SVF-gel在隆乳术中的应用 被引量:6

Application of high density adipose combined with SVF-gel in breast augmentation

摘要 目的探讨高密度脂肪结合脂肪来源干细胞基质胶(extracellular matrix/stromal vascular fraction,SVF-gel)在隆乳术中的应用效果。方法采取回顾性研究的方法,收集并整理自2017年10月至2018年10月收治的60例行脂肪移植隆乳术女性患者的资料。根据手术方式分为2组。其中28例(A组)采用传统的Coleman脂肪移植隆乳术;32例(B组)采用高密度脂肪结合SVF-gel移植隆乳术。术后6个月评估两组患者对手术的满意率及二次填充率。结果两组患者隆乳术的效果较好,B组满意率(75.0%)优于A组(42.9%),且术后肿胀较轻,恢复较快。B组的二次手术率(15.6%)低于A组(39.3%)。结论采用高密度脂肪结合SVF-gel移植的方法进行隆乳术,在术后肿胀、恢复及患者满意度方面均优于传统的Coleman脂肪移植,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the application efficacy ofhigh density adipose combined with SVF-gel in breast augmentation.Methods The clinical data of 60 female patients underwent breast augmentation from October 2017 to 2018 were collected and analyzed retrospectively.Traditional Coleman fat grafting was performed in group A(28 patients),and high density adipose combined with SVF-gel was performed in group B(32 patients).The satisfaction rate and secondary filling rate of both groups were evaluated at 6 months after the operation.Results The efficacy of breast augmentation of both groups was good.The satisfaction rate of group B was 75.0%,which was better than 42.9%of group A.The postoperative swelling of group B was light and recovery was fast.The secondary filling rate of group B was 15.6%,which was lower than 39.3%of group A.Conclusion The application of high density adipose combined with SVF-gel was superior to traditional Coleman fat grafting.The postoperative swelling was light,the recovery was fast and patients’satisfaction was high.Clinical promotion could be considered.
