SIVO408改性硅灰石在聚丙烯树脂中的应用研究

摘要 文章采用低聚短链烷基硅烷SIVO408对硅灰石进行表面改性,然后与聚丙烯树脂(PP)熔融共混制备PP树脂基复合材料,研究了改性硅灰石的填充份数对PP树脂基复合材料的密度、熔体流动速率、热变形温度、拉伸强度、弯曲强度和弯曲模量等性能的影响。结果表明:改性硅灰石的加入增大了PP树脂基复合材料的密度,与纯PP树脂相比,填充30份改性硅灰石的PP树脂基复合材料的密度从0.898 g/cm^(3)增大到1.049 g/cm^(3);显著改善了PP树脂基复合材料的热性能,硅灰石添加份数为20份时其热变形温度达到最高值82.5℃,升高了9.9℃(13.6%)。重要的是,改性硅灰石在高填充量的情况下基本不会影响PP树脂基复合材料的加工流动性和拉伸强度,明显提高了PP树脂基复合材料的弯曲强度和弯曲模量,硅灰石添加份数为25份时PP树脂基复合材料的弯曲强度达到最大值35.890 MPa,增加了3.5410 MPa(10.9%),硅灰石添加份数为30份时PP树脂基复合材料的弯曲模量最大为1709.50 MPa,增加了435.40 MPa(34.2%)。 In this paper,the wollastonite was surface modified by oligomeric short-chain alkyl silane SIVO408,and then the resin matrix composites were prepared by melt blending with polypropylene resin(PP).The effects of the filling fraction of modified wollastonite on the density,melt index,thermal deformation temperature,tensile strength,flexural strength and flexural modulus of PP resin matrix composites were studied.The results showed that the addition of modified wollastonite increased the density of PP resin matrix composites.Compared with pure PP resin,the density of PP resin matrix composites filled with 30%(mass percent)increased from 0.898 g/cm^(3)to 1.049 g/cm^(3).The thermal properties of PP resin matrix composites were significantly increased.When the wollastonite content was 20%(mass percent),the thermal deformation temperature reached the highest 82.5℃,with an increase of 9.9℃(13.6%).It was important that the processing fluidity and tensile strength of PP resin-based composites remained unchanged when the modified wollastonite contents were high,while the bending strength and bending modulus of PP resin-based composites were greatly improved.When the wollastonite content is 25%(mass percent),the bending strength of PP resin-based composites reaches the maximum value of 35.89 MPa,with an increase of 3.541 MPa(10.9%).The maximum flexural modulus of PP resin matrix composite arrived 1709.5 MPa when the addition of wollastonite was 30%(mass percent),which increased by 435.4 MPa(34.2%).
