基于偶氮二甲酰胺发泡的篮球用水性聚氨酯合成革贝斯的制备

摘要 通过乳化处理偶氮二甲酰胺发泡剂,改善其在水性聚氨酯浆料内的分散均匀性,生成泡孔分布均匀的发泡树脂胶膜,并筛选最佳发泡辅助剂类型与发泡剂用量,以制备水性聚氨酯合成革贝斯。在此基础上进一步测试了水性聚氨酯合成革贝斯性能,结果表明,乳化之后的偶氮二甲酰胺发泡剂与助剂尿素相混合,可降低分解温度,优化其在水性聚氨酯浆料内分散均匀性,且在加热成膜时发挥着优秀的发泡效果;发泡剂质量分数为0.3%时,泡孔直径相对更小,方差最小,成簇泡孔比例较低,发泡效果最佳,且水性聚氨酯合成革贝斯比表面积、透气率、拉伸强度与断裂伸长率均表现优异。 A azodicarbonamide foaming agent is emulsified to improve its dispersion uniformity in the aqueous polyurethane slurry,so as to generate a foamed resin film with uniform cell distribution,and the best type and proper amount of the foaming agent are selected to prepare the waterborne polyurethane synthetic leather base.On this basis,through tests of the prepared leather base properties,the results show that the mixture of the emulsified azodicarbonamide foaming agent and auxiliary urea can reduce the decomposition temperature,optimize its dispersion uniformity in waterborne polyurethane slurry,and exert an excellent foaming effect when heating to form film;when the mass fraction of foaming agent is 0.3%,the cell diameter is relatively smaller,the variance is the smallest,the ratio of clustered cells is lower,and the foaming effect is the best,and the waterborne polyurethane synthetic leather base surface,air permeability,tensile strength and elongation at break are excellent.
