高压直流电缆用可交联聚乙烯绝缘材料

摘要 回顾我国高压直流(HVDC)电缆的发展历史,介绍了高压直流电缆用交联聚乙烯材料的应用现状;通过分析交联聚乙烯绝缘材料的性能,发现目前高压直流电缆用聚乙烯在电气性能、机械性能等方面具有显著优势,但在空间电荷效应、温度梯度效应及老化性能上仍存在着不足之处;从消除空间电荷影响、提高材料纯度的角度提出开发我国国产化高压直流电缆交联聚乙烯材料的改进思路,为我国高压直流电缆用绝缘材料的进步提供理论依据和现实参考。 Through a review of the historical evolution of the development of high voltage direct current(HVDC)cables in China,a preliminary understanding is achieved of the current application status of cross-linked polyethylene materials for HVDC cables.By analyzing the performance of cross-linked polyethylene insulation materials,it is found that polyethylene currently has significant advantages in electrical and mechanical properties for HVDC cables,but there are still shortcomings in space charge effect,temperature gradient effect,and aging performance.From the perspective of eliminating the influence of space charges and improving material purity,an improvement idea is proposed for developing cross-linked polyethylene materials for domestically produced HVDC cables in China,providing theoretical basis and practical reference for the progress of insulation materials for HVDC cables in China.
