摘要
以生物基来源的腰果酚为主要原料,设计新型生物基亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂,并以自主设计的工艺条件合成了生物基新型亚磷酸酯抗氧剂,从制备原料、反应温度、反应体系压力、催化剂及反应时间等方面设计并获得了清洁环保的绿色制备工艺技术路线。
Designed with cardanol as the main raw material,a new bio-based phosphite ester antioxidant was synthesized under the self-designed process conditions.A clean and eco-friendly green preparation process was achieved from the aspects of raw materials,reaction temperature,reaction system pressure,catalyst and reaction timeme retardants lays a solid foundation for the preparation of high performance polyolefin flame retardant materials.
