医疗器械中增塑剂溶出与迁移带来的安全隐患

摘要 邻苯二甲酸酯类是医用PVC器械中广泛使用的增塑剂。研究发现,邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂会通过溶出或迁移,对人身产生一定危害,造成神经系统、生殖系统等问题。研究者在分析毒性机制的基础上,也在不断寻找更加安全的替代品,以保障医疗器械的安全性。 Phthalates as widely-used plasticizers in medical PVC devices can significantly improve the plasticity of products.However,with the wide use of such materials,their disadvantages are gradually exposed.This study found that phthalate plasticizers can cause neurotoxicity,reproductive toxicity,and developmental toxicity to humans through dissolution or migration,resulting in abnormalities of nervous system function and reproductive ability.Based on analyzing the toxicity mechanism,researchers are also constantly looking for safer alternatives to ensure the reliability of medical devices.
