大豆异黄酮是豆科籽实生长过程中的代谢产物,有抗氧化、防热应激、预防血液循环系统疾病、维持动物正常生殖机能、提高免疫能力、抗肿瘤以及提高禽类生产能力和改善其蛋、肉品质等一系列生理调节功能。文章综述其来源、性质、生理调节功能、在家禽饲养中的应用和发展前景。

Soybean isoflavones are the metabolites in the growth process of legume seeds,which have a series of physiological regulatory functions,such as anti-oxidation,anti heat stress,prevention of blood circulation system diseases,maintenance of normal reproductive function of animals,improvement of immune ability,anti-tumor,improvement of production capacity of poultry and improvement of egg and meat quality.In the paper,the origin,nature,physiological regulation function,application and development prospect in poultry breeding were introduced.
