摘要
试验建立1种测定饲料中色氨酸和酪氨酸的新方法,样品经氢氧化钠溶液水解之后,用分子荧光差异加标法定量。结果表明:样品中色氨酸的质量分数在57.68~86.68μg/g之间,检出限为0.012 mg/L,定量限为0.040 mg/L,回收率为98.43%;酪氨酸的质量分数在89.63~100.67μg/g之间,检出限为0.034 mg/L,定量限为0.11 mg/L,回收率为101.57%。与标准曲线法对照测定表明,两者之间不存在显著性差异。该法操作简便、灵敏、快速、为饲料中色氨酸和酪氨酸的测定提供一种新的分析技术,有一定的创新性和推广应用价值。
In order to establish a new method for the quantitative determination of tryptophan and tyrosine in feeds,the sample was hydrolyzed with sodium hydroxide solution and quantified by molecular fluorescence with adding differences standard solutions method.The results show that the mass fraction of tryptophan in the sample from 57.68μg/g to 86.68μg/g,the detection limit of tryptophan was 0.012 mg/L and the quantitative limit was 0.040 mg/L,the recovery rate was 98.43%.The mass fraction of tyrosine was between 89.63~100.67μg/g,the detection limit of tyrosine was 0.034 mg/L,the quantitative limit was 0.11 mg/L,and the standard recovery rate was 101.57%.Compared with the standard curve method,there was no significant difference between the two methods.The method was simple,sensitive and fast,which can provide a new analytical technology for the determination of tryptophan and tyrosine in feed.It has certain innovation and application value.
