葡萄糖氧化酶和酵母硒对肉鸡非特异性免疫功能和抗氧化性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 试验旨在研究葡萄糖氧化酶和酵母硒对肉鸡非特异性免疫功能和抗氧化性能的影响。分别在基础饲粮上设置2个酵母硒水平(0和0.2 mg/kg)和2个葡萄糖氧化酶水平(0和0.3 U/g),组成4种饲粮,随机分配给动物。试验期为26 d。结果表明:饲粮中添加葡萄糖氧化酶和酵母硒均能提高肉鸡平均日增重,葡萄糖氧化酶和酵母硒对肉鸡生长性能没有互作效应(P>0.05)。葡萄糖氧化酶和酵母硒对免疫器官指数和溶菌酶含量无显著影响,且不存在互作效应(P>0.05)。葡萄糖氧化酶和酵母硒交互作用对40日龄补体C3含量有显著影响(P<0.05)。葡萄糖氧化酶具有提高28日龄和40日龄谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)含量的趋势(P=0.06和P=0.08)。酵母硒对GSH-Px含量无显著影响(P>0.05),且二者之间不存在互作关系(P>0.05)。本试验条件下,饲粮中添加葡萄糖氧化酶和酵母硒均能提高肉鸡平均日增重,但不存在互作关系。葡萄糖氧化酶可以提高早期肉鸡免疫器官指数,增强血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性。酵母硒和葡萄糖氧化酶对肉鸡血清补体C3含量有显著的互作效应。 The experiment was to study the effect of glucose oxidase and selenium yeast on nonspecific immunity function and antioxidant capacity of broilers.The experiment was designed by two-factor completelyrandomized.On the basis of basic diets,two selenium yeast levels(0 mg/kg,0.2 mg/kg)and two glucose oxidase levels(0 U/g,0.3 U/g)mixed into four feeds,which were randomly assigned to animals.The experiment lasted for 26 days.The results showed that:Glucose oxidase and selenium yeast can increase the broilers average daily weight gain.Glucose oxidase and selenium yeast on the impact of growth performance does not exist interaction relationship(P>0.05).Glucose oxidase and selenium yeast has no effect on immune organ indexes and serum lysozyme,and they does not exist interaction relationship(P>0.05).The interaction of glucose oxidase and selenium yeast has significant effect on serum complement C3 at 40 days of age(P=0.03).Glucose oxidase increased broilers serum GSH-Px at 28 and 40 days of age(P=0.06 and P=0.08).Selenium yeast has no effect on serum GSH-Px(P>0.05),and there was no interaction between glucose oxidase and selenium yeast(P>0.05).In the experiment,glucose oxidase and selenium yeast can increase the broilers average daily weight gain.Glucose oxidase and selenium yeast on the impact of growth performance does not exist interaction relationship.Glucose oxidase can increase immune organ indexes and enhance serum GSH-Px of broilers.The interaction between yeast selenium and glucose oxidase can affect serum complement C3 of broilers.
