多维营养富硒生态饲料对鸡蛋品质及营养成分的影响 被引量:4

Effect of selenium-rich multidimensional nutritional ecological feed on egg quality and nutritional composition

摘要 为了研究开发高品质、高营养价值鸡蛋的规模化生产技术,试验选择42周龄京红蛋鸡分为两组,试验组饲喂由能量饲料、蛋白质饲料、营养补充饲料、中草药饲料、矿物质饲料等部分组成的多维营养富硒生态饲料,对照组饲喂全价配合饲料。结果表明,试验组的哈夫单位为84.67、蛋黄色泽为11.27。蛋白中总氨基酸含量为88.83 g/100 g、必需氨基酸为36.83 g/100 g、呈味氨基酸为36.98 g/100 g,蛋黄中分别为23.58 g/100 g、10.2 g/100 g、8.67 g/100 g。蛋黄中的脂肪为67.64 g/100 g、卵磷脂含量为69.36 g/100 g。全蛋中硒含量为0.368 mg/kg。总体来看,试验组哈夫单位、蛋黄色泽极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),而营养成分方面,除了蛋黄中总氨基酸、必需氨基酸、呈味氨基酸的含量低于对照组外,蛋白中的氨基酸含量、蛋黄中的脂肪、卵磷脂,全蛋中的硒含量等指标均高于对照组。 In order to reach a new high quality and high nutritional value egg production technology,42-week-old Jinghong layers were selected and divided into two groups.The experimental group was fed with selenium-rich multidimensional nutritional ecological feed composed of energy feed,protein feed,nutritional supplement feed,Chinese herbal feed,mineral feed and so on,while the control group was fed with complete formula feed.The results showed that the Haugh unit of the experimental group was 84.67 and the color of egg yolk in the group was 11.27.The contents of total amino acids,essential amino acids and delicious amino acids in egg white were 88.83 g/100 g,36.83 g/100 g and 36.98 g/100 g,respectively,while the indexes in egg yolk were 23.58 g/100 g,10.28 g/100 g and 8.67 g/100 g,respectively.The fat in egg yolk was 67.64 g/100 g and the content of lecithin was 69.36 g/100 g.The selenium content in the whole egg was 0.368 mg/kg.On the whole,the main egg quality indexes such as Haugh unit and egg yolk color in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).In terms of nutritional components,except that the contents of total amino acids,essential amino acids and delicious amino acids in egg yolk were lower than those in the control group,the contents of amino acids in egg white,fat and lecithin in egg yolk,and selenium in whole eggs were higher than those in the control group.
