摘要
试验旨在研究复合微生态制剂对藏香猪断奶仔猪生长性能和血液生化指标的影响。3组仔猪饲喂相同的基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组日粮中添加0.2%的复合微生态制剂,试验Ⅱ组日粮中添加抗生素(0.06%敌它霉素+0.015%吉他霉素),试验Ⅲ组只饲喂基础日粮。试验期为28 d。结果表明,Ⅰ组平均日增重显著高于Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组(P<0.05),Ⅱ组平均日增重显著高于Ⅲ组(P<0.05);料重比方面Ⅰ组﹤Ⅱ组﹤Ⅲ组。Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组腹泻率分别为25%、40%和100%,死亡率分别为0、0和15%。血液中谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、总胆固醇量方面Ⅰ组﹤Ⅱ组﹤Ⅲ组差异不显著(P>0.05);总蛋白、白蛋白、葡萄糖的含量方面Ⅰ组>Ⅱ组>Ⅲ组,差异显著(P<0.05);三酰甘油的含量方面Ⅰ组>Ⅱ组>Ⅲ组,差异不显著(P>0.05)。因此,在饲粮中添加复合微生态制剂代替抗生素可以显著提高断奶仔猪的生产性能,提高机体免疫力。
The test studied the effect of compound microecological preparation on growth performance and blood biochemical index of Tibetan Xiang pig weaned piglets.Three groups of piglets were fed the same basic diet.GroupⅠwas fed with 0.2%compound microecologicalagents.GroupⅡwas fed with antibiotics(0.06%enemycin+0.015%getamycin).GroupⅢwas fed with basic diet only.The experimental period was 28 days.The results showed that the average daily gain of group I was significantly higher than that of groupⅡand groupⅢ(P<0.05),and that of groupⅡwas also significantly higher than that of groupⅢ(P<0.05),and the material weight ratio of group I was significantly higher than that of groupⅡand groupⅢ.The diarrhea rate in groupⅠ,groupⅡand groupⅢwas 25%,40%and 100%respectively,and the mortality rate was 0,0 and 15%respectively.In terms of blood glutamic alanine aminotransferase,glutamic oxalate aminotransferase and total cholesterol,there was no significant difference among the three groups(P>0.05),and groupⅠ<groupⅡ<groupⅢ.In terms of total protein,albumin and glucose,there was significant difference among the three groups(P<0.05),and groupⅠ>groupⅡ>groupⅢ.In therms of triglyceride content,there was no significant difference among the three groups(P>0.05),and groupⅠ>groupⅡ>groupⅢ.It can be concluded that the production performance and immunity of weaned piglets can be significantly improved by adding compound microecological agents instead of antibiotics in the diet.
