Meta分析日粮添加太子参茎叶组分对断奶仔猪血清抗氧化指标的影响 被引量:2

Meta-analysis of effect of dietary Pseudostellaria Heterophylla stem and leaf component on serum antioxidant indexes of weaned piglets

摘要 文章利用已发表的日粮添加太子参茎叶组分对断奶仔猪血清抗氧化水平影响的研究进行Meta分析,为太子参茎叶在断奶仔猪保健应用上提供参考。试验根据"PICO"检索策略,计算机检索国内外数据库,采用Rev Man软件按照Cochrane法进行Meta循证统计分析,共纳入2篇文献3项研究,样本数量为108头。结果表明,与日粮对照组相比,太子参茎叶组分添加试验组显著增高断奶仔猪(50~70日龄)血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽抗氧化酶(GSH-Px)活力[MD=1.42,95%CI(1.05,1.78),P<0.01]、[MD=1.14,95%CI(0.58,1.70),P<0.01],显著降低血清丙二醛(MDA)含量[MD=-0.73,95%CI(-1.21,-0.24),P<0.01]。敏感分析结果稳健,且中剂量的太子参茎叶组分的抗氧化水平最优。研究表明,日粮添加太子参茎叶组分能改善断奶仔猪机体抗氧化应激水平,提示太子参茎叶具有饲用新型抗氧化应激类饲料添加剂的研发潜力,但精准性抗氧化效果仍需在养殖过程中进一步验证。 Meta-analysis was used to analyze the clinical study of the effect of adding Pseudostellaria Heterophylla stem and leaf on the antioxidant levels of weaned piglets,which provide more valuable for the health application of weaned piglets.According to the‘PICO’search strategy,the computer retrieves domestic and foreign databases such as CNKI and Web of Science,and collects relevant topics.Meta-evidence statistical analysis based on Cochrane method using RevMan software.A total of two reports,three trials and 108 samples was considered.The Meta analysis results showed that:compared with the control group,the experimental group can significantly increased serum SOD and GSH-Px in weaned piglets(50-70 days old)[MD=1.42,95%CI(1.05,1.78),P<0.01]、[MD=1.14,95%CI(0.58,1.70),P<0.01],significantly reduced serum MDA content[MD=-0.73,95%CI(-1.21,-0.24),P<0.01],sensitivity analysis showed that Meta analysis results were stable,and the middle dose of Pseudostellaria Heterophylla stem and leaf was the optimal antioxidant concentration.Adding the Pseudostellaria Heterophylla stem and leaf in the diet can improved the serum GSH-Px and SOD activities and the antioxidant stress level and reduced the MDA content in weaned piglets(50~70 days old),which suggests Pseudostellaria Heterophylla stem and leaf has the potential for research and development of new anti-oxidative stress feed additives for feeding,but the precise antioxidant effect still needs to be further verified in the breeding process.
