摘要
我国桑叶资源丰富、营养价值高。桑叶作为新型饲料资源,既可拓宽饲料的来源,又能充分利用过剩的桑叶,开发前景广阔。文章就桑叶的营养价值及其在单胃动物生产中的应用进行综述,以期为桑叶的饲料化利用提供参考。
Mulberry leaves are rich in resources and have high nutritional value in China.As a new type of feed resource,mulberry leaves can not only broaden the source of feed,but also make full use of the surplus mulberry leaves,which have a vast developing prospective.In the paper,the nutritional value of mulberry leaves and the application in the feeding of monogastric animals were reviewed in order to provide reference for the forage utilization of mulberry leaves.
