电解水对肉鸡生产性能、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响 被引量:2

摘要 试验旨在研究饮用不同pH值电解水对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响。选用140日龄健康公鸡900只,根据饮用水pH值,随机分为弱酸组(A,pH值6.0)、弱碱组(B,pH值8.0)和对照组(C,pH值7.0),自由采食,连续饮用以上饮用水90 d。结果表明,A和C组间肉鸡体重差异不显著(P>0.05),B组平均增重显著高于其他两组(P<0.05);A和B组试验鸡的存活率均高于C组(P<0.05);A、B两组间料肉比显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。A、B和C组间屠宰性能各项指标差异不显著(P>0.05);各组间胸肌IMP含量也无统计学差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,合理给肉鸡饮用弱酸和弱碱性电解水能够提高肉鸡生产性能。 The experiment was to study the effect of drinking different pH value on the growth performance,slaughter performance and meat quality of broilers.900140 day old healthy broilers of were randomly divided into A(pH value 6.0),B(pH value 8.0)and C(pH value 7.0)groups according to different pH value,with free feeding in 90 days.The results showed no significant difference in body weight between group A and group C(P>0.05).The average weight gain of group B was significantly higher than that of the other two groups(P<0.05).The survival rate of group A and group B was higher than group C(P<0.05),and with lower feed conversion ratio than group C(P<0.05).There was no significant differences in slaughter performance among the three groups(P>0.05),and no significant difference of inosine(P<0.05).In summary,scientific application of weak acid and alkaline electrolyzed water to broilers has positive application value for improving the performance of broiler chickens.
