饲料脂肪水平对彭泽鲫免疫、抗氧化和肠道消化酶活性的影响 被引量:6

Effect of dietary lipid levels on immune, antioxidant function and digestive enzyme activities of juvenile Pengze crucian carp(Carassius auratus var. Pengze)

摘要 试验研究饲料脂肪水平对彭泽鲫免疫、抗氧化和肠道消化酶活性的影响,以平均体质量为(31.58±0.19)g的彭泽鲫为研究对象,进行为期8周的饲养试验。将180尾试验鱼随机分成3组。以鱼油和豆油为脂肪源,配制脂肪水平分别为5%、8%、11%(实测值为4.7%、7.9%、11.1%)的试验饲料。结果显示:随着饲料脂肪水平的增加,总抗氧化酶(T-AOC)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著增强,11%饲料脂肪组活性显著高于其余各组(P<0.05);过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量呈现相反的趋势。彭泽鲫肠道脂肪酶活性、胰蛋白酶活性随饲料脂肪水平的增加显著升高(P<0.05),11%饲料脂肪组活性达到峰值。随着饲料脂肪水平的增加,淀粉酶活性呈降低的趋势,5%饲料脂肪水平组其活性显著高于11%饲料脂肪水平组(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,饲料中适宜的脂肪水平可提高彭泽鲫的消化酶活性,增强抗氧化能力,并有助于改善彭泽鲫的健康状况。 An eight-week growth trial was conducted to determine the effect of dietary lipid level on immune,antioxidant function and digestive enzyme activities of juvenile Pengze crucian carp(Carassius auratus var.Pengze).Three experimental diets were prepared,in which fish oil and soybean oil were used as lipid sources,and the lipid levels of three experimental diets were 5%,8%and 11%,respectively.A total of 180 juvenile Pengze crucian carp with an initial body weight of(31.58±0.19)g were randomly divided into three groups.The results showed that with the increase of dietary lipid level,the hepatic SOD and T-AOC significantly increased,and the maximum of SOD and T-AOC were found in 11%lipid group(P<0.05).The hepatic catalase(CAT)activity and malondialdehyde(MDA)content showed the opposite trend.Dietary lipids significantly increased the activities of protease and lipase,but significantly decreased the activities of amylase(P<0.05).The maximum of the activities of protease and lipase was found in 11%lipid group,which were significantly higher than the other groups(P<0.05).These results suggest that proper dietary lipid level could enhance antioxidant capacity,the activity of digestive enzyme and improve the health of Pengze crucian carp.
