Self-healing and Corrosion Resistant Properties of Polyaniline/Zinc Phosphate/Polysiloxane Coatings

摘要 目的研究由聚苯胺/磷酸锌有机-无机复合钝化填料和环氧-聚硅氧烷树脂所制备的自修复涂层的修复和防腐性能。方法采用微区交流阻抗技术(LEIS)、扫描电子显微技术(SEM)和电化学阻抗技术(EIS)研究了环氧-聚硅氧烷涂层防腐性能和在人工损伤部位的修复功能。结果微区电化学阻抗和电化学阻抗测试可知,环氧-聚硅氧烷清漆涂层具有自修复和优异的耐蚀性能. The purpose is to study the corrosion resistance and self-healing mechanism of the self-healing coating prepared by adding polyaniline/zinc phosphate organic/inorganic composite into epoxy-polysiloxane coating.The self-healing and anticorrosive properties of the composite coatings and repair function at the site of artificial injury is studied by localized electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(LEIS),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The result is that the epoxy-polysiloxane clear coating showed self-healing and good anti-corrosion property is testified by analysis of localized electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.
