“现代学徒制”人才培养模式实施中存在的问题及对策建议

Problems and Countermeasures in the Implementation of the Training Mode of the Modern Apprenticeship

当前现代学徒制试点工作在各地蓬勃兴起,文章分析了推行现代学徒制过程中存在的问题,如学校教学成本高、管理难度大,企业参与的积极性不高,评估教学成效困难等。对此,建议完善法规制度,强化体系建设,强化政策引导,加强传统技艺传承,加大宣传力度,从而建立健全现代学徒制人才培养模式,培养新型工匠人才。

At present,the pilot work of modern apprenticeship system is booming,and the problems existing in implementing the modern apprenticeship system are analyzed,such as the high school teaching cost,the difficulty of management,the low enthusiasm of the participation of the enterprises and the difficulty in the evaluation of the teaching effect.In this regard,it is suggested to improve the regulation system,strengthen system construction,policy guidance,inheritance of the traditional skills and increase the propaganda so as to establish and perfect the mode of the personnel training of the modern apprenticeship system and train the new type of craftsman’s talents.
