国际空间溢出与服务业全要素生产率——基于空间随机前沿分析方法的测度

The International Spatial Spillovers and the TFP of Service Industries

研究目标:测算服务业全要素生产率。研究方法:在随机前沿分析框架中引入空间效应构建空间随机前沿模型,运用极大似然法和矩法进行估计和测算服务业TFP。研究发现:国际吸收效应是服务业TFP增长的主要驱动力之一,但其影响弱于国内直接效应;国际吸收效应对TFP的影响与要素投入的对外依存度和行业特征密切相关;服务业TFP是服务业发展的主要驱动力之一,但其贡献弱于要素投入;国际吸收效应对中国服务业各行业发展及其TFP变动的相对贡献有限。研究创新:构建空间随机前沿分析方法测算服务业TFP,厘清了国际空间溢出效应对服务业TFP的影响机制。研究价值:将国际空间溢出效应引入TFP测算体系中,在丰富TFP测算体系的同时为相关理论研究和政策制定提供更客观精确的数据基础。

Research Objectives:To measure the TFPs of service industries.Research Methods:Using maximum likelihood estimation and moment estimation methods,we estimate the spatial stochastic model and measure the TFPs.The estimating method is constructed by combining the spatial panel data model and stochastic frontier model.Research Findings:The international absorption effect is one of the driving forces that promote the TFPs of service industries,but its influence is less than the domestic effect.The influences of international absorption are variant for the variances of the dependences of foreign inputs among different industries.The TFPs boost the development of service industries,but their industry growth contributions are less than the contributions of factor inputs.The TFPs of China’s service industries are improved by the international absorption effects,but it is recognized that China’s service industries are internal-oriented.Research Innovations:We measure the TFPs of service industries employing a spatial stochastic frontier model.We clarify the influence mechanism of international spatial spillovers on service industries TFPs,and decompose the TFPs.Research Value:By introducing the international spillover effects to the TFP measurement framework,this paper enriches the research of TFP measurement and affords more precise data available for the research on TFP and the relevant policy-making.
